The goal of the New Beginning Student Leadership Program is to develop groups of students trained in leadership and communication skills to use their talents and abilities to help themselves and other students achieve academic success. In every facet of life, consistency plays a very important role in determining success and expertise of craft.

We provide primary and secondard training through our organization or in partnership with local schools and child advocacy groups. Our program is centered around the The Rubies of the Future™ Student Leadership program developed by "The Real Ruby Payne" Ruby Payne of Memphis, TN, an educator with over 38 years of experience shaping the hearts and minds of our future generations.

Under this program the students will learn:

• communicate effectively
• make responsible decisions
• resolve conflicts
• help manage classroom
• be respectful of and be respected by other peers and adults
• be willing to serve others, especially those in need
• be accountable and hold other accountable
• participate in and conduct meetings
• work as a member of a team
